Hello,
Is there a way for me to create a legend on the calendar months to identify which color means what on events that I've put on calendar?

Sure - you can create a small bit of HTML for that and paste it into the calendar's footer.

But hey! If you create your own custom categories for your events, you can color code them automatically and we'll generate that legend for you, too!

On the Event Editor, click "Edit Categories" next to the category dropdown.
