Being a government agency, we were required to mail payment because we cannot hold a Paypal account. The payment was mailed over one month ago but it is not showing any changes to the account and access/calendar capabilities. |

Can you tell me if the check was cashed? We receive a lot of payments and members dont remember to include the member name, so we don't know what account to apply it to. Hi Marc, I will have to check with our AR department as far as if the check has been cashed, but the person I would talk to is out until Monday. The subscription purchased was for the Co-Brander Ultra, as we need the capability to do more than one calendar. The address probably would have been: 2051 Kaen Road Oregon City, Oregon 97045 It would be issued from Clackamas County, Oregon |

And would the conbranding admin account be under your id (jlholmgren) ? If so, I can go ahead and enable that while you track down the payment. Hello, Yes. That is correct. The same ID that is showing up on this discussion. Anything you can do to enable the account would be great. I should be able to locate payment information before the end of the week. I greatly appreciate your help. Jessica |
