When I post events, the calendar doesn't display a colon between the hour and minutes, and there's no AM or PM showing. How can I fix?

You had the 24-hour time display selected. Under 24-hour time, am/pm is not shown because it is meaningless.

Also, in the tradition of the US military, we do not show a colon on 24 hour time format.
