PayPal made a change to their API which was causing subscription activations to be delayed. If you made a payment in the past several days, your subscription should now be activated.

New subscriptions should now be back to the 5-10 min activation (you may need to sign out and back in to see your updated account)

Could you please check account "twinfallschamber"? It has been several days since we renewed the premium subscription and there has been no status change on our account. I have logged out and back in again.

I show your subscription is good through 1/7/14. We're currently working on an issue with Paypal renewals that we haven't been notified of yet, and will have it resolved shortly.

Our organization mailed you a check to renew our premium subscription. The check cleared December 13. Unfortunately PayPal also processed a renewal via credit card on the same date. We would like the PayPal charge reversed. I submitted a claim on PayPal yesterday but have not heard any response. Perhaps you could help from your end? Our localendar user name is amchai. Thanks in advance.

I'll refund the Paypal one as soon as they release their hold on it. Paypal subscriptions renew automatically, so if you intend to pay by check again next year, you should log into Paypal and cancel your subscription.

I did cancel the subscription, but the same day that Paypal processed the charge. And apparently too late.

Thanks.

Got it. But since you also opened a case w/ Paypal, the funds are "held" until they finish their review. I can't execute a refund on their system until they release the transaction to us. I'm watching it for you.
