Is there a way to create a calendar entry that lasts for multiple days? (For example on vacation from 2/9/05 - 2/14/05). I was able to get around this by making it repeat every day until the 14th but was hoping for an easier way.

That actually is the current preferred method. And in a matter of days (hours?) there will be a calendar view to show these types of events as one contiguous block. We may also tweak the interface a bit to make scheduling these types of events easier.
