...I could use some help, but I can't find where to contact support directly. I had an event titled "Nano Days - Muse of Sci" or "Nano Days - Museum of Science" (can't remember if I abbreviated) I submitted it to my calendar about a month ago and it occurred today April 6. I made this event one of my picks of the week and added a star image it to it, which is why I remember it so well. Could someone in support tell me what happened? I'm concerned. |

It appears the event was re-saved with bad information or possibly the connection was aborted in the middle of sending us data? I have never actually seen this happen, but it seems like the event date was reset to an empty value. I've set the event start time for April 6 (but not adjusted the time or all-day flag) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Thanks so much, Marc! Just like when you're at the doctor's office, you hate to hear "I've never seen this before." LOL When I first upgraded to the premium account last month I did some tests for posting events as another person. I'd submit an event using another email address, I'd log into the calendar and approve it, log out, then I would use the link to edit the event that was sent to my other email address and the event would promptly disappear from the calendar completely! I was in communication with a competing organizer of an April 6 event and wondered about her. She had created her own event for April 6 and added my "editor's pick" image on her own. I approved the event but removed the image. The missing event was my editor's pick, so....let's not call it paranoia, just noticing a strange coincidence. I tested again a couple days ago and suddenly it was working better. Editing an event I created as if I was another person resulted in the event becoming private again and a notice sent to my admin email that there was an event waiting for approval. Would you have any idea what I could do to avoid having any more disappearing events? Any other comments on the state of my calendar? Thanks again so much for your help!! |

AND...just now when I opened the event to edit it, the date was showing at January 1 2000 and 12 PM and the star image name shows as XXXXXXXXXXXX ![]() I changed the event details, saved it again, reopened it and got the exact same view as shown here. Lastly, when I logged in today, both times my password wasn't accepted the first time...the password was correct both times. So, yeah, I'm paranoid I've borked up my calendar. |

This behavior is starting to look like you have javascript disabled in your browser. Is that the case (or can you see any javascript errors being reported?) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
