I am not sure how you are using Publisher...
One approach is to use a plugin (for Firefox for example) that lets you save a web page as an image. You could save the calendar's public (or printable view) as an image and then import that into publisher as a regular image.

There are also free online services for this such as http://www.digitalcoding.com/tools/capture-webpage-to-image.html
