For the last several months we have used the feed address ending in D4 to display calendar items via RSS. However, it looks like today D4 shows nothing. Is this a system wide issue or just something wrong in our settings.

D4 is the daily RSS view, and your calendar doesn't have any events on today (Apr 30) so that list would show nothing.

Do you want to show W4 (weekly) or M4 (monthly) RSS?

I would configure the Today+Happening Soon view to look ahead 30 days (the default is 10) under Options, and use the RSS feed for that view:
