I'm going to give my group members the login and password so they can add events to the calendar through the www.localendar.com URL. What will happen if 1) two users try to add events at the same time and 2) if a user forgets to logout (Sign Off)? Will others be blocked?

There should be no issues with users adding events at the same time (or forgetting to sign off)
