I have a Premium account with Allow access only by specific members checked. and I created a member list but I can't figure out how to re-set the password for the members to access the calendar. The members use to access the site with a password but the password doesn't work. this is why I need to re-set.

Once the id has been created, you can't reset the password. It may be easiest to create a new account, and remove the current one from the list of authorized sharers. But if that person signs in and changes the password... well, it's back to square one. We generally don't think of you "owning" the accounts you add to the share list (though, obviously you can create accounts for this purpose) - so there's no easy way to determine if you should be able to reset a password for an account *you* created versus not being able to do this for an account that someone else created (but you added)

Support,
I did what you mentioned, I remove the account name and added another one. Then should I go to the Options, Preferences, security type in a New Password? because I can't remember where to set the password for that member access list.
Don't the support team have a phone # to call?

Yes; we've got a support # - it's the same as Yahoo and Google's (and they're a lot better funded cool )

Seriously though: Create a new account to take the place of the old one whose password you forgot. Remove the old account from the list of authorized viewers, and add the new one. I don't know why you'd need to change any passwords; especially not on the account you just created.
