I just got the basic premium package and it still shows ads on my calendar? how long does it take to kick in?

I replied to your support emails on this issue. This is almost always a browser cache issue, that can be resolved. If you need some help clearing the cache, this is a helpful guide: http://www.ehow.com/how_4838767_clear-browsers-cache.html

We have corrected an error in processing subscriptions, and your account has been updated, and is premium as of today. Your account has also been credited for the additional time.
