I'm having a problem with subscription activation. Ads are now showing up, but I have paid for webmaster premium. http://www.greatpassionplay.org/season-schedule.html Here's where my calendar is. Then, one time I signed in and it said that I would need to create a new calendar for the subscription. Kind of defeated the purpose of testing it out if that is the case. Any ideas or advice? |

We have corrected an error in processing subscriptions, and your account has been updated, and is premium as of today. Your account has also been credited for the additional time. ---------------------------------------- Jason Sullivan Support Associate Localendar.com |

I have the same problem -- I paid a subscription fee to eliminate the ads and, although Localendar said that the ad-free version of my calendar would be activated within 20 minutes, I still have ads after 24 hours!! I tried filling out their contact form to let them know about the problem but never received any response (my ticket numbers were 86614 and 76328). If Localendar cannot resolve this problem today, I have no choice but to get a refund from PayPal. This is a terrible way to do business. My calendar is at http://www.piedmontbluz.com/gigz.html. |

I looked at your calendar here: http://www.localendar.com/public/PiedmontBluz and there are no ads being shown. Furthermore, your account status is in good order, with an expiration date of March 27, 2015. It's possible that your web browser is caching the ads in its history. Try clearing your web browser cache and hitting the site again. ---------------------------------------- Jason Sullivan Support Associate Localendar.com |

There was never anything wrong with my cache -- I know enough to clear it! However, the problem with the ads has been addressedd by Localendar. I got an email saying that they had a backlog of support issues and apologized for the delay in handling my subscription. Thanks! |

I had the same problem. Ended up being malware. I had to do a lot of work to get rid of it. I asked a few users if they had ads and they didn't. Not sure why it happened. |
