in the description of my calendar event, i have a hyperlink to the following: http://www.collierschools.com/technology/training/docs/SpoolExplorer-EZPickin'sTraining4U.pdf

i paste it in the box and it displays fine, but when i save and update the appointment. the link cuts off the later portion of the url address.

if i look at it in html view the full address shows. any suggestions?

I couldn't find this event on your calendar. Can you tell me the title/date so I can have a look?

The name of the link does not have to be the filename, so you can put in a shorter name if you find the full link is cut off (links wont word-wrap since they don't contain spaces)

For example, you could type the word "Training Doc" in the event description, highlight it, and press the "Insert/Edit link" icon on the toolbar. Then enter your full pdf as the link name.

The first occurence is on May 5th 9a-12p
Titled: Spool Explorer/EZ-Pickin’s Training and Registration Information

Is that a private event? The only event I see on May 5 is

11 am - 12:30 pm
