Is there a way to save a default event? Many of our events start at 7:00 pm and run for 3 or 4 hours....this would make creating new events a little easier

We don't have a default event, but you can always open an existing one and select "Save as Copy"

Also, if your events have similar information, you can enter "Common Event Information" that appears on all of them (under Options->Events)
