Hi - calendar is great exactly what I think we'll need but when I try to set up discussion forum - there is no administrator option.
Flowood is the calendar name.

Are you going to http://www.localendar.com/forums/Flowood after you've signed in? I just checked your account and there is an Administration link in the top nav bar:
