I just want the time of the appointment to be underlined, but not the actual title of the appointment. Is there a way to do this?

Presently, no. We do expose a CSS class (in this case m-usr; more info at: http://www.localendar.com/docs/display/lc/Custom+Calendar+CSS ) to allow you to reach deeper into localendar to customize it, but in this case, the month time and title have the same class applied.
