So I experimented with exporting then importing events using .CSV files. It is annoying that you lose the ability to update all instances of that event at the same time and I lose all the little icons that I had set with each of those events. Is there anyway to mass add those little icons back to my events??? Also, it would be nice if future versions could have events that are connected (like they are all just of the same event only it is reoccurring) all share a variable number, this way when it is imported it will know that all of those are of the same event and they can be mass updated using the website instead of being forced to manually do it in the .CSV files. |

I assume you mean images added to events, and not icons associated with event categories? No; if you have updated the events after importing them, and you clear the calendar and do a re-import, those updates are lost. Such is one of the many limitations of a static, CSV import (but it does have certain advantages for people who automatically create huge lists of events to import) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Sorry, yes I meant the clip art that you add under images added. I found what you meant about the icons associated with events. I have a trail period of Premium, but it isn't letting me try it. Does the image you associate with the event appear the same way the clip art images appear? Then I can just use that to fix my problem. |
