An issue that was causing some premium subscriptions to not be properly recognized has been corrected. This could result in ads on certain calendar views and uploaded images not being displayed. A full explanation will be posted to in this thread later today. Background: Unfortunately, this issue was caused by an unusual confluence of events: Sun night, a new release was pushed to address some outstanding issues which include: - Migration (for subscribers after 2/1/16) to Stripe as a payment platform instead of Paypal. This will allow subscribers to cancel existing subscriptions directly from localendar instead of having to visit Paypal (in the future, old subscribers that re-subscribe may also be moved to Stripe - Pricing adjustments for members who joined after 2/1/16 (current members are grandfathered). Most notable is the retirement of the Premium Basic plan - A change that would ensure members with a free trial who subscribe don't lose any of their "free days", and also that there is not a temporary removal of Premium Services in case Paypal is late sending the renewal. That last one was where the problem began. Although we test with a variety of accounts, in this case testing was only done with "free" accounts (which show ads). A test with a Premium account would have uncovered the issue earlier. Also, in terms of forum/support coverage, the primary person on call had an unexpected medical issue, so these were not being monitored as normal. Had the testing been completed correctly or the coverage issue been known, the issue would have been resolved more quickly. We're taking steps to address both of these items. In the meantime, since many members posted multiple threads on this topic, we're going to clean up the forums a bit to keep things navigable. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news ---------------------------------------- [Edit 2 times, last edit by support at Feb 4, 2016, 9:04:01 PM] |

I checked yours specifically, and there are no ads. You might try clearing your browser cache ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Thank you for correcting the issue and providing the root cause analysis. Very helpful :-). I was still experiencing problems seeing the calendar in IE and Chrome, however, following your recommendation I deleted temporary internet files and cookies. I was then able to see the calendar in IE and Chrome, all of the images, and NO Ads! Cool Li Oh!!!!! I am still, however, seeing a completely empty / blank calendar on my iPhone. Any recommendations for iOS? Thanks for your help. And BTW WE LOVE the calendar in our community! Cae Swanger Webmaster for Keystone Enrichment Foundation |

Can you post a link to where you are looking on your iPhone? Perhaps there is something up with how the calendar is embedded on your site (?) I checked the calendar directly at http://localendar.com/public/KeystoneEnrichment and it looks good on mobile devices. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Our website is www.keystoneenrichment.com. EVENTS is an option on the navigation bar and within that menu, you can click Online Calendar. I repopulated the link and posted an update. It is working now. ![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you Cae |

Yes; there was an issue for some mini-calendars with a premium subscription showing ads. This has been corrected. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Thank-you for the grandfather. Without that, we'd be looking at Google calendar or some other provider. Excellent product, great value! |
