Please let me know what the procedure is to get the premium Webmaster services activated, I renewed my subscription back in Jan and still not seeing anything changed.

All set. sorry for the delay.

We've been getting a # of these issues lately, and are working on a more fault-tolerant version of our PayPal interface (though it doesn't seem to be us dropping the ball...)

Hi. I signed up for the premium cobranded service yesterday but all that happened is Paypal processed my payment. I never received anything from Localendar confirming receipt of payment, nor instructions for how to activate my premium service or gain access to the new functionality, and when logged in I still get a message prompting me to subscribe for premium services.

How long does activation typically take? Is this because something needs to be done manually from your side?

I realize not everything is instantaneous, but at this point I'd be happy with confirmation that my payment was received and an ETA provided for the activation so I can plan it in my work schedule. Thanks for any and all help!

Activation should be immediate. Basically, this comes down to a communication issue between us and PayPal, and us putting some additional checks in on our side to make sure things happen correctly.

You would think with the number of times this happens that we'd get to it already blushing
