It was very very very slow last week and in addition, the link to the public calendar did not work. That problem is still happening today... |

We run a variety of speed tests that check performance domestically (in the US) and globally, and have not seen any performance issues. Keep in mind there are a variety of "hops" between your browser and our server - any one of which can create a slowdown (if you are cmd-line savvy and want to run the "tracert localendar.com" command, you can see where these hops are and how long each takes) There are also public tools like https://www.dotcom-tools.com/website-speed-test.aspx and https://www.dotcom-tools.com/website-speed-test.aspx that will let you test the response time from various locations (and also give you a score for how well your website performs) Google pagespeed is interesting, https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=localendar.com but this tool is more about how the page is constructed and server/network speed takes a back seat. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by support at Jul 6, 2018, 8:59:22 PM] |
