My saved cliparts aren't showing when referenced in the title line.

Your html is fine - but the images you are referring to do not exist on the website where you are referencing them. If you wish to upload custom images to localendar.com, you can use these instructions:
http://localendar.com/docs/display/lc/Uploading+your+own+Images

Otherwise, you'll need to upload them to the site/location you reference in your html (ie http://www.iowa-f-troop.org/clip-art/birthday2.jpg)

I'm having a similar issue: our Clip Art Library is showing we have several icons but they are all "broken". Can you help?

It appears your subscription expired 9/22 (and was cancelled on 9/30/18), which is why the clipart is not being shown (clipart upload is a premium feature)
