Is there a parameter to get a year of events or a given timeframe like between date 1 and date 2? I know I can put a start date but the most I can retrieve is the current month's events at 1 time. Unfortunately, this kind of stinks when you're towards the end of the month.

How about using the RSS feed for the today+happening soon view?
http://localendar.com/public/syhassociation?style=D4

The default "happening soon" period is 10 days, but you can set this to up to 60 days under Options->General (click the Show More link near the bottom of the page to expose this option)
