I receive a java error keeping the "add" button from being displayed on every computer with IE 6.0 I try.
(It does work however with Safari on a Mac.)

The problem is in line 331. Where 'DynAPI.document' is null or not an object

That is, in the function "buildMenu", the problem is with the statement:
"DynAPI.document.addChild(menuContainer);"

There is probably something in class DynAPI not cooperating with IE 6.0

Strange; we test heavily under IE6, and that's what I just went in with - no problems building the left menu.

Perhaps you have a cache of an old javascript file? You might want to try clearing your IE cache, and also under Tools->Internet Options->Settings selecting "Every visit to the page"

Let me know what happens.
