When people try to add an event the message:
"Oops ! We encountered an error while trying to process your request. Our system administrator has been notifed."

Please advise.

We have encountered this issue before, and taken steps to resolve it - but never gotten enough info on what browser/version/OS people were using that had this issue. Essentially, there is some type of browser security at work that is preventing the pop-up from loading required javascript files.

If you can provide more details about your clients, that would help.

ok, i'm having issues with this also...numerous people are reporting the problem. sometimes it works for them, sometimes it doesn't.

it even worked for me a few days ago, today i get the "oops" message..why is it only on some days?
