I assigned arrows for my calendar so my customers can navigate through each month. When i update the calendar on your site, it shows the arrows, however, on my website, the arrows aren't there. Do you know why or what can i do to fix this issue? thanks for your help.

Whether or not the arrows display depends on the type of published calendar you are using. On the Publish menu, you can choose the non-interactive embedded calendar (sounds like what you are using), or a fully-interactive one.

I too cannot get the arrows to appear in the embedded html and I DID check the fully interactive embedded calendar.
