This is the ical URL created by our BambooHR program: https://aasafetyinc.bamboohr.com/feeds/feed.php?id=6d45a6ba75fcf74a9ac616a20cb0612f When I merge this with localendar, nothing appears. Suggestions? |

When I access that link, it returns no data. Thank you for the information. I created a new ical link and tested at the validator. These are the results received. Results File Size: 766 lines, 20610 bytes Number of events found: 76 Success! No errors found. Permalink: https://icalendar.org/validator.html?url=https://aasafetyinc.bamboohr.com/feeds/feed.php?id=a999af124a947504f7a9a1d415cd4a55 Permalinks are available when validating by URL. You can use a permalink to send a link of the validation results page using e-mail or web posting. JSON Permalink: https://icalendar.org/validator.html?url=https://aasafetyinc.bamboohr.com/feeds/feed.php?id=a999af124a947504f7a9a1d415cd4a55&json=1 The JSON permalink formats the validation results in JSON format, which can be used by other programs for further analysis. I tried to merge with this link, but, still nothing shows up. I have a support request in with BambooHr, but if you have any other insight, I would appreciate hearing from you. |

BambooHR looked at this and tells me the ical link is valid, so problem is on this end. |

When our server requests the calendar from the new url you pasted, we receive a "403-Forbidden" response code. We also receive the message: "The owner of this website (aasafetyinc.bamboohr.com) has banned your access based on your browser's signature (489a5417d2602162-ua19)" It's possible they are expecting some information that we are not passing (when a server application makes a request, it can look different from a web browser) Can you pass this message along and inquire why they would return a 403 for your calendar's ical url? (And what "browser signature" information they are expecting?) iCal feed is not working when adding it to the localendar Merge page on interactive mini-calendar with pop-up event balloons. HELP!!! I added an iCal Calendar URL in the Merge iCal page and created a nickname but the box does not stay checked after checking it and navigating to a different page. There is no save button after checking the iCal Calendar I created. https://collateral.bamboohr.com/feeds/feed.php?id=97d1a210cbde98b4f8973530d35457b0 The iCal events are not showing up in my localendar calendar. The box does not have to stay checked; that's only for selecting a merged calendar to delete. If you see the name of the calendar in your Merge list, then localendar has recorded the url correctly and will attempt to merge it in. I suspect the reason you are not seeing events is the same reason member AASAFETY is also not seeing events from bamboohr.com: Their server is blocking requests from localendar to download the ics feed.
