no, we haven't heard anything yet for more than a week. This is extremely frustrating.

This was answered via a support ticket. Also, spamming multiple forums will not promote a quicker response.

As previously noted: The calendar was automatically renewed. Waiting on a response as to if you are using weebly and therefore subscribed at the incorrect level.

I am having the same problem. I'm wondering if it's because I got a new computer. When I sign in, our calendar does not appear; a generic one does. How do I fix it, please?

Is it possible you are signing into the wrong account? I see you have 2 accounts registered at localendar: survivorthrivers and janet_e_XXXXXXXX
(I replaced what I assume is your last name with X's to protect your privacy)

meanwhile, quick catch-up on the twispwellspring issue from earlier in this thread while I am here: The incorrect subscription level was purchased. For wix support, you need to subscribe at least at the Premium Webmaster level
