I have under the General tab
Allow Visitors to Add Calendar Events set to Visitors may add private events (not visible until I approve) set.

When an event is submitted and I approve and set a public, the event visitor will edit the date/time of the even and update through the link provided but the updated submission does not show under my Submission menu. The new date does show on the calendar as private.

Is there a setting I am missing that will resubmit the edited date/time of an event to me for approval?

I'll have to look into this. Editing an event when you have "not visible until I approve" set should flip the event from Public back to Private.

I can confirm after testing that this is working properly.

1. I added a test event from a public calendar (calendar owner must approve)
2. The event did not appear on the public calendar, but it was visible on the approvals page at localendar.com/calendar/submitted.
3. I flipped the event to Public
4. I refreshed the public calendar view and the event appeared
5. I went to the custom url to edit that event and changed the start time
6. The event no longer appeared on the public calendar view.
7. I refreshed the /submitted page and the event appeared there
8. I flipped it to public (again) - it showed up on the public calendar page

It is possible your browser is caching page views during your tests. Please make sure to use Ctrl-F5 to force a page reload when you revisit your /submitted page or public calendar view.

Please let me know if you still have problems.
