My Premium Services auto-renewed on 4/1 - but none of them are working. I received a receipt but my calendar now has ads and submissions are not working. Please advise. I sent an email through contact us but have not received a response. |

It looks like you have an active subscription for scheduling, but that your main subscription (Webmaster) did not renew. Please see the reply I sent to the support ticket you created. Thank you. I actually looks like you've corrected the issues I was having. Everything seems to be working this morning. Ads have disappeared and the scheduling is working. |

After 4 unsuccessful attempts to retry the charge, Stripe gave up :( The shortest path to resolve this is simply to sign up for a new subscription on the left menu.
