My Premium Services auto-renewed on 4/1 - but none of them are working. I received a receipt but my calendar now has ads and submissions are not working. Please advise. I sent an email through contact us but have not received a response.

It looks like you have an active subscription for scheduling, but that your main subscription (Webmaster) did not renew. Please see the reply I sent to the support ticket you created.

In the meantime, I have enabled a Webmaster-level subscription on your account for the next 30 days.

Thank you. I actually looks like you've corrected the issues I was having. Everything seems to be working this morning. Ads have disappeared and the scheduling is working.

It appears working because I activated a 30-day window so we could figure this out :)

Clearly - I didn't read your first message thoroughly and now it's been 30 days and it's not working again. Can you please email me instead?

I'm not sure why my it didn't renew.

After 4 unsuccessful attempts to retry the charge, Stripe gave up :(
The shortest path to resolve this is simply to sign up for a new subscription on the left menu.

Can you please open a support ticket using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page if you want to discuss this further?
