I have purchased a premium calendar but the add your own events button has never re-appeared. it was there when the service was free and expired after 30 days, so I upgraded but the button has not re-appeared. Can someone help?

You may need to make sure the button is enabled under Options->General.

Also make sure your browser isn't showing a cached version of the page w/o the button (for IE; Tools->Internet Options->Settings and select "Every visit to the page")
