I have discovered that if I go into "preferences" at localendar.com and "SAVE" my settings (no changes made) the error goes away and the add event button works for that session. However, once I close the calendar and reopen it, I get the OOPS ERROR again.....

This appears to be browser-security related. We have made changes to address this issue, but it still does not appear to work for all users, nor have we been able to replicate the problem on our side.

The reason it works after your trip through Preferences, is that by then the javascript file necessary for the event editor has been cached by your browser. You could perform a variety of other activities on localendar and acheive the same result.

If you used another computer (or different browser), you might well find the problem disappears. We would love for one of our users in this situation to tell us a bit more about their settings, but haven't had any takers yet.
