We have subscribed to the premium package, but when I go to export we get a message that we need to download something from Wyncs, which I have tried to do. But nothing I do seems to make any difference, I can't export from the workstations at our church's office. Note: from my workstation from home, I was able to export, but I need to be able to also do this from the workstations at our church. I have talked to Wyncs, and they have told me that I shouldn't have to download anything from them to use this feature in localendar.

Please advise.

Our user name is htlc. Please advise.

Correct (sort of). To export data with localendar, you do need to let the Wyncs applet execute in your browser. Most likely, the workstations at your church have different security policies which prevent this code from being executed. If they use IE, you can try adding localendar.com to the "trusted zone".

You do this by clicking Tools->Internet Options->Security tab.

Select "Trusted Sites" and then click the "Sites" button . Add localendar.com. Make sure to uncheck the "Require server verification for sites in this zone" checkbox.
