I just noticed that any event I've added to my calendar after 12/31/06 does not show in the published calendar. The events are there when I log in, but do not show publicly. ALL of my events are listed for public viewing. I notice you seem to have fixed this problem for one of your users. Are you working on a universal fix for all of your localender.com users? If you notice, there are a lot of us who depend on your service and are having the same problem, but are getting no response. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP! ![]() |

I'm in the same boat! I just added 20+ some events for just the first 3 months of 2007 and only 2 out of the 20 appeared!!! HELP!!!! I've been with this service for quite some time and I have enjoyed their services and have been very happy! But what the heck is happening! I know I know I'm psychic I should know ;->! I filed two different ticket numbers, and sent in one email to support@localendar.com. I'm looking for their business phone number at this time. If I don't hear from their within the next 24 hours I am going else where and I will be happy to let people know about other services out there! I really hope that this can be resolved soon! Hey, I did some testing. Looks like it only applies to events that repeat. Added a one-time event and it shows on my calendar for next year. I adjusted the repeating events...1 to end this year and the 2nd to start next year. It didn't show up either. Only the one-time event. |

Fixed. Please see this thread: http://www.localendar.com/lcf/lcforums/viewthread?thread=1807 As touched upon there: when members deluge us with messages (MaryBethWrenn, you mention sending a number of different communications, but I'm not singling you out) we have 2 options: 1) Respond to them all (we can't post a general message b/c frankly we've tried this in the past and it doesn't work - people just look at the thread where they raised an issue) 2) Fix the problem, then catch up with the posts We always opt for #2. Frankly, until we fix the problem, posting a lot of "we're looking into it" responses only delays the actual fix. If you trail the message history, you will see this has been explained in the past. I don't think there are any showstoppers out there that we haven't looped back and corrected. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
