I tried to sign up for Basic Cobranding, and was informed that I was already registered. When I go to the login page, and put in my member name and password, is says "Invalid" When I try "Forgot My Password" and enter my member name, it says there's no such name! What now? I log in perfectly fine on the Home page, with nobrien as my member name. Can someone please email me at nobrien@cableone.net with explicit instructions on how to do this? |

If you create an account at localendar.com called "nobrien" and enable it for Basic Cobranding, you are given a link that can be used to let visitors create calendars "under" the nobrien account. Your "nobrein" account is not valid at that link, because it was created at localendar.com. It is your cobrand administration or "control" account. It will always be valid at localendar.com. If you want to create a nobrein2 (etc) account at that page, you can. But it is the defaults you set on the nobrein master account that will determine what members see when they first create their cobranded accounts. For example, if you set a red background on the nobrein account, then any member who creates an account at your personal url after that will have their initial calendar bg color be red. They can still customize it if they want however (and if you change your master color settings, it does not reset the changes already made to existing cobranded calendars) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

OK. This is getting terribly confusing. ALL I want to do is ADD my business logo to my calender. See/use MORE graphics than the basic ones localender offers. Someone from localender emailed me named Matt Olgins, and told me I am signed up for "Premium Services" My calender says "Premium Services" good until October 24, '07!! HOWEVER, the "Premium" tab continues to be grayed out and unusuable!!!! I JUST WANT TO SEE the Premium services, that I supposedly have, and make my calender more customized. I emailed this guy back 3 times to say that it STILL doesn't work, and no response. I'm about ready to chuck the whole localender deal and go elsewhere. I have no idea nor inclination for anyone else to be making a calender. I just want mine to LOOK BETTER! ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by nobrien at Sep 25, 2006, 6:40:19 PM] |

Step 1: Relax You embarked upon an exploration of cobranding, which is probably something you don't want, based on your message. I'm not sure how you wound up with Premium Services at all, as I cannot find any PayPal receipt. Can you provide a transaction ID? All new members should receive a 30-day free trial of Premium Services, but you don't need any of these to perform the functions you're asking about. Step 2: There is a Help button on the lefthand menu. There you will find questions (and answers) for topics such as: How can I include pictures in my calendar? The answer (about adding images) can also apply to adding images to your calendar's header or footer. Or, if you search these forums, you can also find the answers to these questions. If these were your original questions, I could have helped sooner if you had posted them in your initial message. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
