In my haste I didn't realize that your $30 a year plan isn't compatible with Weebly (Darn :( Don't really need the features of the $50 plan, but oh well). So naturally my calendar stopped working when I purchased the plan. I realized from another post on here that you have to have the $50 plan for Weebly, so I purchased that one a little bit later. Since I purchased the $50 plan on the same day that I purchased the original $30 plan, would it be possible to get a refund for $30 plan?

Also, suggestion: If it's possible, make it so member upgrades to a higher level of service already takes into account the current subscription level cost (if they have one). That way they don't have to go through the process of getting a refund if they upgrade, it just adds the cost difference of the new plan to the current plan. Just an idea.

Thank you.

We wish :( Unfortunately the subscription options offered by the two main services we use (Paypal and Stripe) do not allow us this level of customization.

But I am able to cancel and refund the previous payment you made.
