We haven't used this calendar in 9 months and have no need to continue it's use. The company has been closed. We forgot to cancel the subscription and were notified the money was automatically deducted and renewed. I've logged into PayPal and cancelled the subscription but that was one day too late. Can I please have a refund of this years costs since it hasn't been used and won't be used, and can you please go ahead and cancel the account I would appreciate it. PS - it was incredibly difficult figuring out where and how to start a new thread to ask for this request. It's a shame you don't have an easier way to accomplish this. PPS we have thoroughly enjoyed the use of your calendar over the past 10 years. Thank you. |

Refund sent! While the forums are fine.. there is a Contact Us link at the bottom of all our pages (on the forum and main site) which should make it easy to open a ticket with localendar support If you would like your account completely purged from the system, there is a "Request account deletion" option in the dropdown on the Contact Us page. This specific option will prompt you for your credentials to ensure you are the calendar owner (we wouldn't want someone to drop by a vacant computer and request something so destructive Thank you for your business and we'll miss you We'll be here if you need a calendar in the future.---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

If it's prepaid just change your credit card to one with no balance or cancel autopay. The odds of a refund are not good on prepaid. |

Not sure why you say that Alex. We are very good about giving refunds when they are requested. The window depends on what Paypal and Stripe allow. It doesn't matter if it's auto-renewed ("prepaid") or not. If we hear within at least 30 days of the charge, that should be fine. Even 45 is probably within their window. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
