Hello, My account didn't renew on April 28, 2021. Can you tell me why? I've had this account for many years.. Thanks.. |

I could not find the previous subscription, but did perhaps the credit card expire? Paypal won't update an existing subscription attached to an older card. It looks to me like you re-subscribed and have an active plan. Hi Marc, I don't know what happened at Paypal cuz they had my new CC# on the account. I did resubmit my renewal with Localendar. It went through ok. All is good now. WOW!! It has been so long since I've had any problems, I forgot how all this worked... haha... Thank you... Jay |

Happy you figured things out. The issue is that even though Paypal may have a new CC# on file, they will not apply it to an existing subscription.
