Any updates here? Also, any way we can get advanced warning of any upgrades/updates that may affect functionality? |

@support Is anyone monitoring this forum? I’ve emailed for help and posted here. I really need someone to fix this. We pay for the premium version and expect someone to respond. |

We are also having this error. Also have premium version. Can we have an update as it when it will be fixed. This is a really important feature of the calendar that we use all the time. |

We are looking at this issue - however we are also dealing with another round of spam requests and posts which constitute anywhere from 1000-1500 messages per day, which is making it difficult to filter down to the non-spam items. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Please confirm now things are working again on the "visitor added events" pop-up. Apologies, but between the spam and the recent Atlassian bug (which is where our docs are located - and is still offline preventatively until we can test their fix) it's been a busy few days. Side note: the only reason a change to the event form was even necessary was because of the continued battle against fake accounts. I won't go into the details here (lest we tip our hand) but this unwanted behavior has recently seen a huge uptick. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Confirmed working. Thanks for taking care of this. Any possibility of letting us know when updates are pushed out so we can catch issues as fast as possible? |

Unfortunately, the last couple of code pushes have all been very quick/tactical to try and block some particular aspect of the spammers/bots. You may have even seen some odd posts here on the forums (like an account just posting 'OK' to an old thread) Ideally, we'd like to rely on our own testing rather than our members - but clearly that hasn't happened at least twice recently (and both times related to visitors adding events I think). Next time we'll make a post to the Announcements thread, and watch that thread for any replies. That might be a more direct way to see if any members have immediate issues - especially if the support ticket queue is also getting flooded. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
