I have a premium account (and have had one for some years) and can see that my account expires in March and the date it expires. It used to be possible to renew early and also to change the credit card that is used to renew the subscriptions. But now I can't see where to do it any more. I think it used be under premium services but now it only shows how to do cheques and money orders but we need to pay by credit card as we've always done as we are not it the USA. I also have a subscription already set up and I don't wish to use that card any more so I need to change the card it is taken from. So where can I access the where the card payment area is? |

Paypal sometimes has issues updating the payment method on an existing subscription. What I recommend is cancelling your current subscription (so that it doesn't renew) (or sending a ticket requesting we do it for you), then one it expires, updating your CC info in Paypal and signing up again. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

I don't think your support ticket system works anymore. When I had a problem a few years ago the only way I could contact you was via these forum as you never got the support tickets. I have tried again just now in case it is working again. I have sent you the following message via your support ticket system "It is no longer possible to access or update my credit card details on the Localendar website for my subscription to premium. It used to be possible to see which card was being used and to change it to a different card and also to just pay for the premium if the subscription failed to work automatically. Could you fix this on the website but if not I will give you my new card details for you to update my subscription - I can't remember exactly which I card I am currently using but it might be from an account that no longer exists." Your ticket system said "The form was submitted successfully. Ticket #89443 has been created for your issue." I suspect you won't get the ticket though. My problem is that I can't cancel the subscription at Localendar end as I can't see the card details or do anything with them. If you do get the ticket we can communicate via that and sort things out that way but if you don't please can you email me at clogevents@gmail.com. (You may have to use your personal email to get through as you needed to do that last time). PS This is nothing to do with Paypal. We did get your ticket (89443) and we continue to regularly receive tickets from other users  I'll respond to this note via the ticket since we'll be discussing information specific to your account.
