As you may have noticed when you check these forums, there has been a large uptake in spam. It not only affects the forums, many spam calendars & events are being created which slow down performance for all users. We're constantly working to find and eliminate this type of traffic. Unfortunately, due to a misconfiguration in our filters, a large number of accounts with email addresses ending in .us were recently incorrectly quarantined. Those accounts should now be restored and users able to sign in. However, some personalization information (default event time zone, default event category) could not be recovered. Please check your calendar settings under Options to make sure this information is still correct for your calendar). We are in the process of recovering subscription information as well. For the moment, all calendars have a 30-day subscription of Premium Webmaster activated while we work on this issue. We will post future updates on this thread. Subscription information has been updated for all members impacted (<10) who subscribe via PayPal. We are looking at any Stripe users next. Please note that if your email ends in ".us" and you subscribed by check or money order, we are not able to reset your subscription automatically. Impacted members who subscribe via Stripe (<10) have also been updated. This should conclude the resolution from our side. As noted above: If your email (on localendar.com) ends in ".us" and you subscribed by check or money order, we are not able to reset your subscription automatically.
