When someone posts an event which triggers an email notification, there should be a way one can identify WHO posted the event, with an email address and phone so that one can contact that entity..

I agree with this. Right now, there's no way to contact the poster to either provide guidance on postings or to trouble shoot their postings if there's a problem. It should be mandatory to have an e-mail address to follow up on.
