I am new to the calendar program today. I would like to know if there is a way to have a hot link to an email address. I am using this for a school, and would like to be able to link a teacher's email address to an event so parents would know who to contact for questions.

Yes - you can use some HTML on your calendar to accomplish this. For example:

<A HREF="mailto:yourname@somwhere.com">Send me mail!</A>
