Hello - My web client - Fredericktowne Baptist Church (FBCFamliy) recently paid for the premium service so their members could have a printable view of the calendar (which they love!)

They have contacted you twice since November 3, but have not gotten any resolution to their problem.

The payment was made through paypal on November 3rd - ref # 24492156307820762146674. (I understand you have been having trouble with paypal..hopefully you can find their payment and activate their service!)

Can you please look into their account - fbcfamily - and let them/me know when their premium service will be activated?

The payment was made a couple of weeks ago and the last contact they had from localendar was last week.

Thanks -

Brynn Walker for Dianne Barringer at FBC

I'm actually working on some email related issues now.

I've updated your account; sorry for the delay. I think we're in much better shape now; but early Nov in particular was the straw that broke the camel's back (and we re-engineered our interface w/ Paypal to be a little more fault tolerant)

same here....subscribed, but it's not working. I sent an email...and then decided to start checking further into things and see if others were having the same problems. Wow....did I ever find similar situations. In one of your forums you said that you're getting rid of the paypal glitch...but it's still there and it's frustrating. I would rather have paid using my own credit card. Please activate my premium services as soon as you can.

Thank you,
Heather sad

THANK YOU, especially for the quick response. I know you are swamped and wasn't expecting to hear back so soon. You are the best! My client will be very happy!

Have a great Thanksgiving!
