Please remove the year from the date format. The year would be obvious when it's an event upcoming soon. It would be even better to add Tuesday, Wednesday, etc since these are events in the next few days.

The line is so tight that it's difficult to read, so adding a few more spaces between the date and the event description would be nice, too.
