We are getting reports that Google ads are appearing at the bottom of our calendars. We are on the top level co-branding where ads are removed. I'm not sure if this just started happening. We've been running fine, and just started getting reports today. Can you check this for us.

You subscription is in full effect through 11/2007, and I do not see any ads on any of the public calendar views at http://www.localendar.com/public/SiteRightNow

I checked a number of your cobranded sub-calendars (moodymovie, pixelrightnow, etc) and none of them showed ads either. If you can provide me with the member name of someone who was seeing ads, I can double-check their account.

I just had a report from a customer, and the ads were showing up at the bottom of their calendar. Here's their link:

Can you take a look. The Google Ads shouldn't be showing up on our calendars as you said.

You do not have at least a Premium Basic subscription ($9.95/year), which is why ads are being displayed.

Than what am I paying for? What package do I have? And will you upgrade to the 9.95 per for me?

Actually, you aren't paying for anything smile

You joined localendar 4/18/2004 and purchased a 1 year subscription to Premium basic which expired on 5/18/2005

Back then, subscriptions were not auto-renewing, so you have never been charged again.

If you'd like to purchase a premium basic subscription, click the "Subscribe Now!" link on the left nav menu

The Google ads are now on the right side of the screen. I understand the need to make money to keep Localendar running but now my printing is messed up. Please move the ads back to the bottom. I love Localendar and it is (was) the best on-line calendar for my purposes.

So, I subscribe for the 9.95 package and I still have ads? How long does it take for this to go into effect?

awesomebaby96 : I am not sure how long you waited before checking your subscription, but it's definitely active and you should not have any ads (I just checked and saw none)

We are experimenting with different ad inclusion methods while doing our best not to affect calendar presentation. Can you tell me what you mean by it your printing being "messed up" ?
