We are a premium service member, but google ads still show sometimes (not all the time). How do we fix this?

It seems that you have a Premium Webmaster subscription for Philtermedia, which does entitle that calendar to no ads.

familytree is a cobranded sub-calendar of philtermedia and will receive ads.

For no ads on sub-calendars, either that sub cal will need at least a premium basic subscription. Premium Cobrander deluxe on the "main" calendar entitles all/unlimited sub calendars with no ads.
