I want to be able to take a calendar for a given month, with my annotations, copy it, and paste into a power point presentation for business purposes. Can I do this? If so how?

There are a couple of methods.

The quickest is probably to hit Alt-Printscreen when looking at your public calendar window which will take a snapshot of the active screen.

You can paste that image into PowerPoint, and use the image toolbar to crop out the parts of the image that you don't want (like your browser's title & address bar)
