I went through the process of upgrading from Standard to Premium Personal. It took me all the way through the page where I entered credit card info, then came up with a screen that said, "HEY, if you enter a password, we'll open a Paypal account for you". With just a Continue button. No confirmation that the upgrade took. No "Thanks we appreciate your business". Nothing. And there does not appear to be a way to look on the calendar when I am logged in to find out what level of service I have. Hmmmm. No, I don't want a Paypal account. |

When you are signed in, there is a box on the left-nav menu that says "Premium Services". If you have a subscription, it shows you when it expires. If not, it says "Subscribe Now" If you complete a purchase with PayPal, you are taken to a Thank You screen. It sounds like you did not perform this step (I also checked your account and verified no subscription is present). If you would like to pay by mail, you can send a check or MO to localendar.com 143 Crane Circle New Providence NJ 07974. Mark, I did get a thank you for using paypal, I have a confirmation number from paypal....and my little box says that i can up grade. But I did. What's up bro? |
