I have had a Premium Services membership for my clients for 5+ years. Suddenly (even though I am paid through November 2007), ads are showing up on my client's calendars! One client's calendar is used for making mountain cottage reservations -- and the ads give folks the URLs to other cottages!!! I want what I paid for! Quickly!!! ![]() |

Ugh. Why didn't you include the member name of the calendar that's showing ads? Most likely, it wasn't created under your cobranded account, otherwise the ads would not display. If you can get me the name of the calendar, we can figure this out pretty quickly. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

My account is scrankin. I personally set up my clients accounts under my own. And ALL of them are showing up with ads. http://www.localendar.com/public/scrankin/farmtours http://www.localendar.com/public/scrankin/sunrisecabins Here are two. All the rest are doing this also. I lost one client today because of this. |

We have been having the same problem. I've posted several times with no resolution. We have the premium cobranded package, and suddenly ads are on all of our member's calendars. Here's one: http://www.localendar.com/public/SiteRightNow/moodymovie_com There are many other member calendars where it does the same thing. One thing I noticed is if I'm logged on to localendar, the ads will disappear, but in the public view when not logged on, the Google ads started showing. It was my understanding that under the premium cobrand, there wouldn't be ads on our member's public calendars, and the ads were not showing a few months ago. This is a major major issue, where our customers are threatening to cancel if this can't be resolved. Mitch Cohen |

I am still trying to get this resolved. I am getting no response via email form and none through this forum. This is not the good customer service that I have experienced in the past from LoCalendar. I know that through my own logon (scrankin) you can get to all of my members. Please see that the Google Ads are removed from all of their calendars immediately. I have PAID for no ads. |

I hope by know you know that just because you don't get an immediate response does not mean we have ignored the issue. ![]() This was a serious issue and needed to be properly verified/tested to prevent additional problems. Part of the problem was also looking at the tests we had in place and why this problem did not occur (and wasn't caught) Hopefully, you will find everything has been corrected now. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
