Purchased premium package last week, but not activated. Several requests for support - no answer?

Went through the PayPal deal, got a receipt for charge, still no premium subscription 1 week later.

I see a Premium Basic subscription active on your account through 3/16/2008.

Marc,

I understood that the premium subscription included the Outlook export option. I don't see the menu option. Am I missing something?

Thanks

On the Premium menu tab, click Export.

You should have an instruction page on downloading information via the Wyncs plug-in into Outlook.

Aha, we go back to the original problem. I do not have a Premium tab, it is disabled, greyed out. The box below the tab shows;

Premium Services
[expires Mar 16, '08]
more information...

But, I cannot access the premium tab.

confused

That's strange: If the date is correct, the tab should be active. Can I ask what browser you're using?

In the meantime, the direct link to the export page is:

If you click the word "Premium" on the Premium tab; does anything happen?

That was it. I am using Mozilla 1.7.13 and the Premium tab is disabled, tried it in Internet Explorer and it is enabled, and works.

I will use IE for the export, problem solved. Thanks
